Return of Products

Follow the steps!

We are at your disposal for any assistance at 210 5912555 (Monday - Friday 07:00 - 20:00, Saturday 07:00 - 15:00)

  1. Call us at 210 5912555 and inform us about the return of the product.
  2. Complete the Return Merchandise Request.
  3. Once the request is approved, you are called to securely package the parcel and either send it or deliver it to one of our stores.

ATTENTION!

  • Changes to products are accepted within 14 working days from the day of receipt and ONLY if the factory packaging has not been opened. Shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
  • If the product is defective, it must be returned within 14 working days.
  • When it comes to replacing a defective product, once we receive it, we deliver it to our supplier for necessary checks and proceed with the replacement or repair of the product. Upon completion of the previous process, the product is resent to you.
  • In case you do not wish to purchase another product immediately, a credit note can be created for you to use on your next purchase or we can proceed with a refund. The money will be refunded to a bank account that you will indicate to us. 

Returns are NOT accepted for products that have been used and have been damaged due to your own responsibility.
