Ways of Dispatch

1.For the wider Athens-Piraeus area, free shipping is provided for purchases over €200.00, while for purchases under €200.00, arrangements can be made upon agreement!

2.For deliveries outside Athens, shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the ordered products and the final delivery destination. Shipping is carried out through the courier agency chosen by the customer, with shipping costs borne by the customer.

3.Shipping via Courier:
You have the option to receive parcels weighing up to 20kg through a courier company.

Shipping Procedure:

The shipping process starts after the completion of your order and the receipt of the confirmation email (confirming the completion of the order), and definitely after the payment of the corresponding amount. The only exception to the above shipping process is the choice of payment method via cash on delivery, in which case the shipping process starts after the completion of your order and the receipt of the confirmation email for the confirmation of the order.

Order Validity:

In the case of order pickup, your orders are held for 10 days. After 10 days, we reserve the right to release and cancel orders, especially if we are unable to contact the customer.
